Day 17: Elbow Plank Variations
Today you will get two workouts in one! We’ll be strengthening your abdominals but get ready for a serious burn in your arms too! Starting with a standard elbow plank, we progress through 3 variations and 3 sets… but remember it doesn’t end there! After spending several minutes holding a plank, you will STILL finish with a 60 second plank at the end! Hurts so good :)
Hands + Knees warm up: Cat and Cow stretches
A: 10 Alternating Wide Knees
B: 10 Hip Drops
C: 10 High/Low Planks
