31 Days of Abs: Day 18

Day 18: 1,2,3,4 Crunches

Today’s workout is as easy as 1,2,3,4!  Your heartrate will climb as you follow me through 3 versions of 4 Count Crunches.  We’ll start with a pulsing reach crunch, then advance to a sit up that “packs a punch” and finish with rope climbers and leg lowers.  Sounds simple right?  It’s Day 18… you’re gonna sweat in this one!

Overview:

Standing warm up: Torso Rotations + Back Roll Ups

A: 10 4-Count Crunch
B: 10 4-Count Punching Sit Ups/ Twist Downs
C: 10 4-Count Rope Climbers/Leg Lowers

Repeat 2x
