Filming from Wisconsin today! We will do all of today’s abs in a seated V position. The main thing to remember is to keep your chest up as you lean back to complete 3 sets of: Seated Twists, Row Boats, and Row boat repeaters on the right and left. It isn’t important to reach your legs completely straight, just try to make the “tucking” movement as strong and powerful as you can. I hope this shows you that you can do your “31 Days of Abs” videos anywhere you are!
