31 Days of Abs: Day 23

Day 23: 1-2-3-2-1

In this video we will be working in a plank and also down on our back, so get ready to challenge yourself from both positions!  We create muscle confusion and reinforce our mind body connection by changing up the rhythm of our movements. Your wrists will get a chance to recover as you cycle from a plank knee drive combination to a bicycle variation and back!

Overview:

Standing Warm up: Hip Flexors, Torso rotations, Shoulder Circles

In a Plank:
A: 10 Alternating Knee Drives to your opposite elbow
B: 10 Knee Drive Combos

On your Back:
C: 10 Bicycle Crunches
D: 10 Bicycle Crunch Combos

Repeat 2x
