Day 27: Bicycle Progression
I can’t believe how close we’re getting to the final video! This has been such a great experience for me, and I hope you have had fun following along. Today we will be working on 3 types of bicycle crunches, starting basic and advancing through “double bicycles” and “spider bicycles.” This full body movement will strengthen your obliques, upper and lower abdominals. You thought bicycles were tough? Try the spider type!
