Day 28: Bird Dog Variations
Today’s workout is about balance as much as it is about strength and stamina. I encourage you to try each exercise (only 1 set of each today) and don’t worry about how fast you do each one, just try to keep your core as solid and your limbs as steady as possible. You should be proud of the progress you’ve made over these past 28 days and the ability to control your body as well as you can now! Feel free to pause the video while you perform the exercises so you can maintain a focal point on the ground for balance. Have fun!
