Today’s Topic: Planks!
Plank variations. Planks really give you the most “bang for your buck” when you don’t have much time to work out. In this video, you will be in a plank on your hands and toes, performing a knee drive, where you draw one knee forward to contract your abdominals. This conditions your shoulders, quadriceps, back and wrists as well as your abs. Although this is a more challenging workout then day 1, rests are given in between exercises to allow your arms and back to recover as you prepare for the next move in the sequence.
Warm up on your hands and knees. Opposite arm and leg extensions to activate your stabilizers which assist with balance.
