31 Days of Abs: Day 8

Whoo whoo! A full week in, glad you are still with us. This is typically when motivation starts to drop a bit- don’t let it! You started this challenge for a reason! Whatever got you here on day 1, stay focused. The end will all be worth it.

From Gwen: You guys are doing an excellent job so far!  I hope that these videos have become part of your daily routine, and that it is starting to change from “something you’ve tried” to “something you do.”  We’ve got 3 weeks left, so hang in there and remember to do them through the weekend too – even if it’s all you do!

In this video we stack our legs straight out in front of us. This keep our hip flexors from helping to pull us up. If you find that your feet lift off of the floor when you do sit ups, this is a good way to help you prevent that. Follow me as we start with a basic crunch, progress to a sit-up and finally add a torso twist to fatigue our abdominal muscles. Have fun!
