31 Days of ABs: Day 9

Day 9:

“Windshield Wiper” Variations.  In this video we’ll be working our obliques by moving along a horizontal plane while holding a crunch and tabletop position.  You should feel one side of your body stretch while the other flexes.  Follow me through 3 sets of 3 exercises as we target the muscles of our obliques in some fun new ways!

Overview:

Standing Warm up: slide both hands down to one knee, repeat on other side

10 on each side of each exercise:

A: “Windsheild Wiper” your upper body with your feet down on the ground
B: Windsheild Wiper” your lower body with a hip swivel and head down
C: Combine both to reach with your arms and swivel with your feet
Repeat 3x
