Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup white grapes
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup ice
