Ingredients

  • 1 package extra-firm tofu
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce of choice
  • Olive oil or Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Remove tofu from the package, drain, and press. Cube and place onto a greased baking sheet. Lightly spray the cubed tofu with more cooking spray. Alternatively, toss the cubed tofu with olive oil before adding it to the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove and place into a large bowl. Add the BBQ sauce and toss until well-coated. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu and sauce and cook for 5-8 minutes until hot and sticky.
