1 scoop protein powder (see above for rec’s, optional)
1cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1/4cup torn basil leaves (a small handful)
1/4cup spinach leaves
1 frozen banana
2cups unsweetened almond milk
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until creamy and smooth! Add more milk to desired thickness. If you used fresh berries, you might need to add an ice cube or two for a colder smoothie.
