Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 cups greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Toss the fresh blackberries with zest from the lime, juice and mint. Take care not to crush the berries, just gently toss them with the juice.
  2. Divide the yogurt among 4 bowls (1/2 cup each) along with 1/2 cup blackberries to each bowl.
  3. Serve immediately.
