Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango pieces
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut milk beverage
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cup of Sunshine Dust
  • pinch of salt
  • Ice
  • Mint, for serving

Instructions

  1. Place mango, lemon, honey or maple syrup, coconut milk, sunshine dust and salt in a blender along with 1/2 cup ice. Puree until creamy and smooth.
  2. Divide into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with mint, if desired.

Notes

You can purchase Cup of Sunshine Dust here! Fresh out or don’t have any? I haven’t tried ground turmeric in this one, and I’m worried it won’t dissolve as well as the dust does. So, either skip it or proceed with caution. If you try a little ground ginger/turmeric- let me know how it turns out. xo
