Place the dates in a bowl and cover with warm water. Let sit for 10 minutes to soften.
Drain and remove the pits. Discard the pits and place the pitted dates in a blender or food processor. Add the warm water and blend until creamy and smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides depending on the power of your blender.
Place in an airtight container and place in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.
