Ingredients

  • 1 mini seedless watermelon
  • 1 small honeydew melon
  • 1 small cantaloupe
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped mint leaves plus whole sprigs, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil leaves plus whole sprigs, for garnish
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Scoop the watermelon, melon and cantaloupe using a melon baller.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped mint, basil, lemon juice and maple syrup. Puree until smooth.
  3. Place melon balls and a basil or mint leaf on skewers, then arrange on a platter.
  4. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve
