1/2cup whole wheat pastry flour (can sub other flour)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4cup coconut oil, melted
Ice Cream, for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine the peaches, plums, sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, nutmeg and thyme leaves in a bowl.
Lightly spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and add fruit.
Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, salt and melted coconut oil. Stir together until crumbly and sprinkle oat mixture over the fruit. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden browned.
Let cool slightly, about 10 minutes and serve with ice cream.
