Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup carrot juice (can juice whole carrots in the blendtec/vitamix first and then add other ingredients)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (I used frozen)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp. hemp hearts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
