An Eggnog Martini! Tis the season after all.
The end of our vegan cocktail party week concludes with this festive drink. Warm, inviting, perfect for holiday parties, drinks with friends, or an after dinner dessert. I used Silk Holiday Nog in this recipe, hands-down my favorite vegan version. However, if you want the low-down on all the vegan nogs on the market, check out Hannah’s extensive Nog Off! Vegan Eggnog Martini made with Silk Eggnog and fresh nutmeg
- 1 oz. Silk Vegan Eggnog
- 1 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. Amaretto
- To garnish: fresh nutmeg, dark chocolate shavings
- In a cocktail shaker, add the eggnog, vodka and amaretto. Add 1 cup ice and shake, shake, shake!
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with fresh nutmeg and dark chocolate shavings.
