It’s Friday. It’s December. Fa-la-la-la, let’s have a martini.
An Eggnog Martini! Tis the season after all.
The end of our vegan cocktail party week concludes with this festive drink. Warm, inviting, perfect for holiday parties, drinks with friends, or an after dinner dessert. I used Silk Holiday Nog in this recipe, hands-down my favorite vegan version. However, if you want the low-down on all the vegan nogs on the market, check out Hannah’s extensive Nog Off! Sigh, the things we do for research.
If you try this recipe, let me know! Leave a comment, rate it, and tag your Instagram photos with #delishknowledge . I absolutely love seeing your creations. Happy cooking!

Looks delicious! I normally add rum to my egg nog but amaretto sounds delicious. I feel your pain on the things we do for research. So many cocktails, such little time. Califa Almond Nog is also a delicious vegan nog. They are a fairly new company that Whole Foods is now carrying. If you need to do some more research you should try their brand. Thanks for the idea and fantastic pictures!
Thanks Lauren! I will look into that one, I don’t know if my Whole Foods carries it but I plan on checking this weekend!
Thanks for the shout-out! I think that no matter which brand you use, you can’t go wrong with a spirited blend like this. 😉 Delicious!
