Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 cups white grape juice (plus more for sno cone drizzle)
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a shallow, freezable container.
  2. Let freeze for 1 hours, remove and stir the mixture very thoroughly with a fork and allow it to freeze for another 30 minutes.
  3. Repeat this process every 30 minutes for 3 to 4 hours. Make sure to mix the granita well every time, scraping down the sides. Doing this will prevent large chunks of ice crystals from forming.
  4. Serve!
  5. For sno cone variation- spoon granita into cups. Drizzle reserved grape juice ontop.

Notes

Don’t forget to top it! For adults, try adding a shot of vodka, brandy, or white wine. For kids, add extra grape juice.
