1scoop protein powder, see above for rec's, optional
1cupfrozen or fresh blueberries
1/4cuptorn basil leaves, a small handful
1/4cupspinach leaves
1frozen banana
2cupsunsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend until creamy and smooth! Add more milk to desired thickness. If you used fresh berries, you might need to add an ice cube or two for a colder smoothie.
