Meet your instructor.

Alex has a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and a master’s degree in exercise science from The University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.

She’s a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), group exercise instructor, and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

She’s also a foodie.

Her earliest memories are being in the kitchen with her mom: baking cookies, rolling pasta, and trying new recipes that her mom wrote down earlier that afternoon while watching The Frugal Gourmet. Decades later, Alex’s happy place is still in the kitchen — with her own babes on the counter.

Are the recipes plant-based?

I eat a predominantly plant-based diet and the recipes inside this guide reflect that. Most recipes are completely plant-based. Occasionally, I’ll include recipes with eggs or dairy. But 9.5/10 recipes are entirely plant-based.

I have food allergies and/or dietary restrictions. Will there be recipes I can eat?

Inside the course, you’ll find a wide variety of recipes that cater to people with different food allergies and dietary restrictions.

I’m vegan. Are there recipes for me inside this course?
