Don’t forget the toppings! While the best chili requires an incredible base, the toppings are really what make a good bowl of chili. For vegan chili, I like dairy-free shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, diced avocado, sliced scallions, and crushed tortilla chips best– but any topping you like works!
