Easy Peach Crisp for Two
Easy Peach Crisp for Two! This vegan peach crisp is perfect for summer nights when you want an easy dessert without a lot of effort. Serves two!

Dessert for two? YES PLEASE. This easy peach crisp serves two and takes just minutes to put together.
It’s the perfect recipe when you are craving something sweet and want a single serving! Mix, bake and enjoy. That’s it.
I hope you are finding peaches as good as I am right now. I took my kids peach picking last weekend and we’ve been feasting on them ever since. You know it’s a good peach when the juice won’t stop running down your chin.
Since these easy peach crisps are only lightly sweetened, the better the peach, the better the dessert.

Ingredient Notes
- Fresh Peaches: Of course, the peaches used will make or break this recipe! Juicy, ripe peaches will make for the best peach crisp and highly recommend making this when peaches are in season and at their best.
- Flour and Oats: This is the base of the peach crisp; you mix equal parts of flour and oats along with a little brown sugar and butter.
- Butter: I tested this recipe using regular butter and dairy-free, vegan butter, and both work.
Variations
This easy peach crisp recipe will work with any fruit. Nectarines, plums or any kind of stone fruit will work in place of the peaches. In the fall, you can use apples or pears.

How to Make
Prep the Peaches
Peel the peaches (if you want) and slice or cube. I often peel them as I find that it creates for a nicer texture, but if I’m in a hurry then I’ll just slice them and add them right to the ramekin.
Add the Topping
Mix together the flour, oats, baking powder and butter until the mixture resembles a course, wet sand. Add this topping onto the peaches.
Bake
Pop the prepared ramekins in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the peaches have bubbled around it. (PS—This is just enough time to quickly clean the kitchen, grab your blanket, and select your movie to watch with your finished crisp!)

How to Serve
It goes without saying that this tastes even more amazing a la mode. This warm, easy peach crisp with ice cold vanilla ice cream? Well, it doesn’t get much better than this.
