Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 5 cups fresh ripe pineapple

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Strain and serve over lots of ice.

Notes

Fresh, sweet pineapple is really what makes this. If your pineapple is underripe, you may need to add some sugar.
