Almost weekly, I pull out the Instant Pot to make magic happen in the kitchen. It’s the easiest way for me to prepare dinner in a short amount of time without messing up a bunch of dishes or getting the kitchen all hot–although I do love using my oven and stovetop, sometimes I am just in the mood to dump a bunch of ingredients into the pressure cooker and let it do its thing.
